Developed by Microsoft to cater to its Azure data centers, SONiC provides an extensive range of networking capabilities like BGP and RDMA. These functionalities have undergone rigorous testing in real-world scenarios within leading cloud service providers. SONiC empowers teams to c raft customized networking solutions by Tapping into the collaborative power of a vast ecosystem and community. Currently, seven out of the top 10 cloud service providers have integrated SONiC into their systems.
